Peri-Peri Paneer Skewers

Serves: 2 Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 200 g paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 small red capsicum, cubed
  • 1 small yellow capsicum, cubed
  • 1 onion, cubed
  • 2 tbsp peri-peri sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 10 mins)

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix peri-peri sauce, olive oil, and salt.
  2. Add paneer, capsicum, and onion, and coat evenly.
  3. Thread the paneer and veggies onto skewers.
  4. Grill on a pan or tandoor for 3–4 minutes per side until lightly charred.
  5. Serve hot with mint yogurt dip.
