Peri-Peri Paneer Skewers

Serves: 2 Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins
Ingredients
- 200 g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 small red capsicum, cubed
- 1 small yellow capsicum, cubed
- 1 onion, cubed
- 2 tbsp peri-peri sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 10 mins)
Method
- In a bowl, mix peri-peri sauce, olive oil, and salt.
- Add paneer, capsicum, and onion, and coat evenly.
- Thread the paneer and veggies onto skewers.
- Grill on a pan or tandoor for 3–4 minutes per side until lightly charred.
- Serve hot with mint yogurt dip.
