Avocado Chaat Cups

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 4 lettuce leaves (for cups)
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine avocado, tomato, onion, green chili, and pomegranate seeds.
- Sprinkle chaat masala, add lemon juice and salt, and mix gently.
- Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves.
- Serve fresh as a light, refreshing snack.
