Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 lettuce leaves (for cups)

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine avocado, tomato, onion, green chili, and pomegranate seeds.
  2. Sprinkle chaat masala, add lemon juice and salt, and mix gently.
  3. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves.
  4. Serve fresh as a light, refreshing snack.
