Chilli Cheese Toast

Serves: 2 Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 7 mins
Ingredients
- 4 bread slices
- 1 cup grated mozzarella or processed cheese
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped capsicum (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Mix cheese, chopped chilli, capsicum, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Butter the bread slices lightly.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly on each slice.
- Toast in a preheated oven or on a tawa until cheese melts and bread turns crisp.
- Serve hot, cut into halves or quarters for easy eating.
